Will you think of them Today?

Where the poppies bloom and sway,

And the young ones went to play,

In muddy fields night and day,

In their uniforms brown and grey,

Where in filth and mud they lay?

Will you do your duty and repay,

Those for whom danger was the way,

When even names were blown away,

From the soil and ash and clay?

Where the fear and anger stay,
